      Great Medical insurance, and and overtime depending in which lab you work for

      Micromanaging, no solutions implemented by management, giving more work to the employees who are really good at what they do. Employees are not happy or appreciated in terms or bonus or compensation

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
