      Hard-working employees, an important, worthwhile industry, fair / good compensation

      Management is incompetent, amateurish, and petty. It's a very divisive environment that is run by a team whose management mindset is dated in the last century.

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
