Pros
They do a wonderful job of recognizing employees and departments that surpass goals as well as springing for a fabulous formal Holiday party. Also, they offer decent health benefit options.
Cons
The senior management acts likes a dysfunctional family. It can be very difficult if your job requires you to interact with them. Their 401k matching funds cap at $500 per year, which is weak in comparison to similar sized companies.
