      - the pay was decent - you can make some good friends

      Cons

      You are a work horse. You are expected to hit a certain quota of data entered per an hour or for your entire shift. If you don’t meet that quota, you get a warning the first, second time you are out. They do not care about their employees

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
