Pros

I work in the CMC department. Super chill and hardworking team- seriously good people. Learned a ton and picked up some cool new skills. The benefits and little perks are pretty solid too.

Cons

Honestly, it all comes down to who your manager is. Most are chill and decent, but some? Big yikes. Some act like dictators—all about deadlines and numbers with zero empathy. They seem so very polite and sweet, but don’t be fooled—they can be nasty for no reason. They disrespect their team, talk down to people, ignore mental health, and leak private health info like it’s nothing. Complete disregard to HIPA rules. Shameful really. A lot of folks have gone to HR about them, yet somehow they’re still around flexing. They take credit for everything their team does, act like they’re super busy, but it’s all just smoke and mirrors. There’s a reason people keep quitting under them—stop blaming everyone else. It’s not the company, it’s not the clients. It’s you. These managers literally have zero original team left. Message received? Fix yourself. People have been fired for way less. Soft skills? Nonexistent.

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
