Pros

none. Any perks we did have were stripped away once a venture capital company bought BioAgilytix.

Cons

We just received news that as of October we are 99% to our revenue goal for the year, meaning we are likely to surpass it by year’s end. This used to mean 10% bonuses for everyone. Now it means nothing. The c-suite applauds us for our efforts and says we should be proud of ourselves, but doesn’t reward us in any way. They have transitioned to a system where your manager has to refer you for up to a $5,000 bonus if you go above and beyond. So even though I’ve worked long nights and have given everything to this company, I have to hope my manager submits me for a potential bonus? Ridiculous. The state of this place is laughable and everyone is miserable. I’ve been here for a long time and have watched it crumble.

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
