Pros

Team members can demonstrate strong work ethic and professionalism. The company offers a satisfactory paid time off policy, and employees generally have the option to work overtime for additional compensation. It is worth noting that the company was fantastic prior to Cinven becoming the majority owner half a decade ago.

Cons

The compensation at this company is not competitive, and increased effort in your work often results in additional tasks rather than rewards for your labor. Opportunities for advancement are limited due to undefined role responsibilities at all levels. Even with promotions, salaries have tended to decrease over time, and annual compensation has not kept pace with inflation. Bonuses are unavailable, and recognition awards typically go to those with connections rather than merit. The company's approach aligns with common private equity practices, prioritizing profitability at the expense of employee well-being. I can't emphasize enough that this company is completely doomed with its current owners. You should only choose to work here if you are truly desperate.

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
