Pros

There are some really lovely people that work there. I've made a few incredible friends....everything good about this company is reflected in the PEOPLE you suffer with.

Cons

The company culture is atrocious. There are a lot of very talented and smart people at the company, but that seems to be no merit while promotions are being given. All of the upper management make the decision on who gets promoted together NOT just your direct manager. It's essentially a popularity contest. If you are told that you'll be promoted within 6-12 months get it in writing in your offer or it wont happen. Salaried employees are expected to work 12 hour days with no benefits. The work pace is break back with little to no recognition. There is absolutely no work life balance, and when boundaries are set management holds promotions. There is only emphasis on making money and little to no care to those people who are making money for the company. Salaries are WAY below market value, especially for the Boston site, and raises and promotions are about 3-4% to a $3,000/year respectfully. There is little to no career advancement (even if your yearly reviews are above "acceptable").

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
