Great place to grow with. The company has a family culture feel to it and offers excellent opportunities to be challenged and build lasting friendships. There is also growth opportunities within your department or across departments, depending on your interest. Express your interest to your manager to have them start setting things up for you behind the scenes. There is a lot of work to be done in all departments but I enjoyed the challenge because it gave me the opportunity to acquire new skills and wealth of knowledge to share with newcomers. Trust exist both ways, every employee rely on each other to watch each others back. Method developers, upper management, HR and QA have always been super helpful and approachable. If you are looking for a place where we work hard, have each others back and party hard...this is the place for you.
