Pros

The company culture here is good. The people who work in the labs are generally very pleasant and easy to work with. Paid time off is good (4 weeks for everyone!) and there is a good 401k matching program. I feel the pay is fair. There are nice perks like free lunch once a week as well and there are employee engagement efforts that help people in different departments get to know each other more. The company also values professional development and provides professional development hours that can be used to explore professional interests that are not directly related to client projects. There is good internal growth and opportunities for promotions.

Cons

We have some new executives coming in and I'm not sure how that will change the company's culture. It does seem that they are being transparent about their thoughts which I appreciate. Benefits could be improved (the lack of maternity/parental leave is disappointing). Including tuition reimbursement would also be a good way to help people advance their careers. While the company is growing, some labs are crowded. Hopefully this will improve when the new site is set up.

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
