Compensation is on the low side.

The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
