This creates a discouraging atmosphere among the team. This atmosphere of limited promotions and undervaluation has created a sense of disillusionment among employees. The pervasive feeling of being pushed to settle for average evaluations has led many to question the motivation to go above and beyond. It's disheartening when efforts are consistently downplayed, impacting overall morale and hindering the team's potential for excellence. There is a strong consensus among employees that improved communication is crucial. We yearn for transparency about the company's performance and the reasons behind certain decisions. The lack of clarity breeds frustration, as we're left wondering if we're genuinely performing well or if we're being misled. It's time for open dialogue to replace the perceived dishonesty that's eroding trust within the company.
