Pros
Benefits are good, PTO is good (if you're allowed to take it). They do not even deserve the "1" we have to give.
Cons
Where to begin. Trust the reviews that people are writing. That are for the most part very true, 99% are accurate. A few people leave disgruntled but believe the others!!! Please stay away. I can't go into too much detail because certain folks watch these reviews and make it their mission to figure out who is writing it. Instead of taking the information seriously. I've overheard someone in HR ( I think she was leading HR? not real sure as none of them are in touch with us employees) say let them write a bad review, we can't please everyone. It is the most disorganized place I've ever seen; unrealistic expectations, executives have never really been leaders; they are "bosses" in the true sense of the word. And the COO? wow, what a joke she is. Talks out of both sides of her mouth and dictates what everyone should do yet she's clueless as to what she should be doing. You can't trust or go to HR for assistance either, they will run back and complain to whoever you have an issue with. Nothing is confidential so whatever you do, they can't be trusted. Don't believe it?, try it and you'll find out. People are so stressed out and unsure of what do to they are cry for help from their manager or who they think they can trust, but nothing helps. Management does nothing, but oh you get some pizza or a lunch meeting. Congrats.
