      Flexible work hours. Snacks (if that's important to you)

      Cons

      BioAgilytix has sold out and is no longer the fun and exciting environment it once was. Toxic workplace behavior has taken over and allowed due to lack of morals in leadership. All they care about it the bottom line, not if a manager is degrading their staff or not doing their job at all.

      Everyone helps each other and when I have questions, I get answers. The company culture is positive, productive and hopeful.

      Compensation is on the low side.

      Pros

      BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

      The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
