If you can believe it, there are more managers than employees. The current management team will sign off on your work, give you great reviews... until upper management gets involved. At that point, fingers get pointed at the front line people. The managers that did sign off on your work cast you off with no feedback until they fire you. Management has very secretive closed door meetings, and will go as far as to leave you alone without checking to see if help is needed
