Pros
Compensated well for your work as a sales rep. Fortunate to have a great Manager who will go to bat for their reps. Best product on the market and it’s not that close.
Cons
A lot of turnover at the top this year, and new management seems to be full of Pharma experience, which from a strategical and style standpoint does not correlate to successful selling in the OR. Hopefully will see what the plan for the future is soon. Must start to make reimbursement a priority and get larger clinical studies completed and into the field.
