Someone who’s been here through all of the changes - Sales Representative BioTissue Employee Review

I’ve been here 3.5 years and it hasn’t been easy but it’s been worth it. Quotas are high but if you are strategic and put your best foot forward you will find a way. People leave for higher bases but I know those who left because of that reason are always asking themselves if they’ve made the right decision. You will never sell a better QUALITY product. It works, lives are changed and you can feel the energy and the satisfaction that you improved the quality of someone’s life. The culture is different now but there was just 0 culture before. People are scared of change and instead of rolling with the punches they get discouraged, scared and leave. Building something great is never easy but it’s a hell of a ride to be part of.
