Good to Awful Under New Management - Sales Representative BioTissue Employee Review

New management is cliquish and do not reflect the core values they preach. They will tell you to reach out if you need anything, but scoff at you if you do. Quotas are impossibly high. Pressure to put on multiple KPIs per month make work/life balance impossible. Encouraged to take time if you need it, and ridiculed if you do. Salespeople are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial mindset yet are scrutinized for not parroting marketing material and fitting into the box they were initially encouraged to think outside of. Overall very frustrating.
