Front office work is good. Very supportive of work and give feedback

Cons

Middle, Back office and IT are super bad. Petty office politics. Absolutely no recognition for taking initiatives and ownership. You will be side-stepped or cut out. Culture is - I'm the boss; You either listen and take my orders or you are out. Few don't have a choice due to visa issues.

Cons: Toxic Leadership: Insecure managers who see ambition as a threat. Zero Career Growth: Stagnation is not just accepted; it's expected. Punitive, Not Progressive: Your exit interview will be used against you. Blatant Dishonesty: The job in the interview is not the job you'll do. No Psychological Safety: Expressing dissatisfaction is a fireable offense.
