Growth potential Supportive colleague Outstanding infrastructure Friendly environment I joined Biourja in March 2010 and today we are in 2021 so my 11 years journey was fantastic. No one can replace my boss here and there. I learned lots of things and I will be part of this company till I do not retired.

Cons: Toxic Leadership: Insecure managers who see ambition as a threat. Zero Career Growth: Stagnation is not just accepted; it's expected. Punitive, Not Progressive: Your exit interview will be used against you. Blatant Dishonesty: The job in the interview is not the job you'll do. No Psychological Safety: Expressing dissatisfaction is a fireable offense.
