Leave and workforce task management are the key elements that are adhered to within this organization and hence establishes an excellent work culture. Colleagues are supportive and are those people with whom you absolutely want to go out with after work. This is one of those companies that are not only taking care of its employees during a pandemic by arranging vaccine and other support for its employees but also taking care of the society at large by doing its part by organizing plasm and blood donation camps and providing food to daily workers.
