Pros

There is a lot of good energy as to the future of the company. Arun has a very clear vision and clear expectations on how to execute and has worked well to ensure everyone understands what they can do.

Cons

Have not delivered on promises Promote without support and still expect you to deliver all the same results Lack of diversity among leadership, mostly men, and not a lot of efforts to intentionally change it.

Great work life balance! I really enjoy the culture and cross functional collaboration at the Brooklyn Park location.
