Pros

If you’re a male, you have a chance to succeed. Entire management team is males and they’ll listen to any idea or recommendation a male has.

Cons

Lack of company goals except make money and launch new products. Unqualified people holding high level positions because they are friends. Woman don’t have much of chance to make it to a VP or President level under the current ownership. Too many projects, not enough qualified people, leads to some qualified people being overworked and underpaid. Bonus program is sold has a major perk, but it’s not.

Pros

Great team Great manager Great location Great peers across departments Clean and fairly organized facility

Cons

Lack of REAL training for positions, human interaction training Poor succession planning Unrealistic expectations for those promoted and those new to the company Fast organizational restructuring Leadership changes that alter support for the promoted employee Promotions being used to fill urgent gaps without adequate training Lack of strategic direction Frequent changes in priorities Confusion regarding expectations Frequent turnover, including turnover among managers and executives Perception of advancement and job security seemed tied more to relationships than performance ie. Supply Chain executive leader bringing his friend on board as director of SC
