Pros
The product that Biotrack acquired is working and sound. The team of developers from the acquired company has a great wealth of knowledge that can lead the product to success.
Cons
Depending on where you came from in the company, you may have different experiences but when you merge 3 companies into one, you'll expect rough patches, but leadership has no direction. Development is stagnant for all platforms because while the software is compliant for most markets, the onboarding team and the support team and development are in constant feedback loop where actionable items are not met successfully. Animosity between teams is a visible in their company slack and there seems to be a lack of business acumen with some of the employees where roles weren't defined and employees are stepping over each others words. Joint development of a new platform as started yet again. This will be the 2nd platform they've started to plan but fail to deliver. BioTrack has a bottle neck of issues stemming from client support, client onboarding, to QA and development Planning. CSM agents with no acumen to succeed in their roles
