Pros
You had to be tenacious and resilient to excel at this company, which are good traits to develop in a sales role. Enjoyable people for the most part. Freedom to run your own business.
Cons
They hid our commission reports from us for over a year in the hopes that we wouldn't dispute incorrect payments. At one point they overpaid commission to some of us and waited until an out of state awards dinner to use it as blackmail against us. Poorly handled overall and very sneaky on their part. Our VP came to the office to eliminate our district mgr position, but caught wind of it and pushed out our sales mgr and took his job. Let's just say, the sales staff all quit within 2 months due to her very poor management style.
