      Agressive, smart, well-organized R&D department. Clear path for technology-wide priotiziation of projects. Corporate goals are also extremely clear to everyone. All employees are required to map their quarterly goals to their managers who maps to their managers, all the way up to the CEO. Extreme passion throughout the entire company about what we do. CEO is a great leader and kind hearted.

      Cons

      Long commute due to traffic, if you don't live in nearby areas of golf course road. Can be really stressful because of the intensity and passion of everyone working there.
