      Good work life balance Work from home for Non NCR folks No micro-management in my team Learning opportunities as they always keep on trying different technology and tools to optimise and develop

      As the company is growing, processes shift basically every quarter. Work life balance varies team to team, even though the company culture is good Favouring old employees, even if they are not competent enough, thereby, reducing efficiency on team level.
