They say you make around 50-60k as SDR is totally not true. You will barely make 30k. Tons of qualifications to jump through to finally get credit for an account that demos. Management will make open promises just to keep you around in your current position. No clear justifications on promotions. Say they want to promote within but they only hired outside while I was there. It’s almost like they don’t want to pay their employees.
