      - Ownership based model - Great tech stack - Autonomy on the project - Awesome engineers - Strong mentors

      Cons

      The new-hire on-boarding can be better with good boot-camp for learning about the company, the product, the industry followed by tech stack ramp up. I have also seen at my previous company where they used to bring in executives from other companies to share their story.
