I started with Birdeye 6+ months ago in a remote AE position. From day one, Birdeye provided me with the tools and resources to succeed in my role. The support and guidance I have received from my manager and my teammates thus far have been hands down the best. After 5+ years in my previous role, culture was huge for me when making a career change. So far, Birdeye has completely exceeded my expectations in this category. I am very grateful to work with a team that is not only hardworking but also encourages and celebrates your successes alongside you. Internal growing pains - completely natural in this stage. Other than that, leadership addresses constructive feedback monthly. Giving us transparency about the overall direction of the company.
