There is always consistent support and training, opportunities for career growth, or even moving to different roles. A company that is very reasonable and provides flexible working arrangements if needed. Filled with smart and genuine people with great culture and amazing products/services that actually work/deliver positive results for our customers - this makes our job so much easier. But what really stands out is the people driving the business - they're the definition of impeccable leadership!
Cons
Pay could be slightly better but apart from that, you're given every resource and opportunity to be able to excel in your role and with that, you can expect to be rewarded accordingly.
