Always new and exciting incentives being introduced for the staff, like finishing early on Fridays in the Summer months at 3pm, so you can hit the beach and get a head start on your weekend. Good news and shout outs to all team members for achievements and dedication to their roles and investing in staff for continued professional development and training. And a very hands on MD, who is still very much involved in every aspect of the business and genuinely cares about his staff. VIVID cruises, morning team swims at Coogee in the warmer months, Birthday leave, 'Me Time' so you can start later, or finish early or take a long lunch once a month, team BBQ's, trips to Daydream Island, snack stations, monthly birthday cake celebrations, corporate gym & private health memberships, special deals with local businesses like Cryo therapy and float tanks...the list goes on and on! As a single parent, flexibility is my top priority and that has been respected throughout my time with the company. Being able to WFH and finish early on Mondays and Fridays so I can do school pick ups, go to school assembly's means the world to me, as kids don't stay kids forever so getting that work/ life balance is amazing! Even getting a days paid leave as part of our 'generosity day', to volunteer and help out at the school sports carnival, so I'm also able to give back, which means so much to me. You work hard and are rewarded for your contributions and are not micromanaged, as are trusted to do your job. It's definitely a company that is going places and I am proud and honoured to be part of the journey!

I guess the snack station could have more popcorn, as it's an all round winner for everyone so goes very quickly!
