-Terrible treatment of employees - everyone is just a number -Sales enablement team knows nothing about sales and clearly just google what good sales people do -Leadership pestered me to write a positive review, showing the current reviews are likely fake Employees treated like cattle- I have seen so much turnover since I have been here in my 6 months -Leadership team is out of touch and unqualified -Everything is recorded and used against employees -Worst company culture I've ever experienced In summary, I don't love working at Birdeye and am actively looking for a new job. The culture is extremely toxic, with no care for employees as human beings. Leadership doesn't understand sales or properly enable the team. The environment is one of mistrust and negativity. Reviews seem fake since they pushed me to leave a positive one. I have witnessed high turnover and poor treatment of staff. I would never recommend anyone work here.
