      Pros

      Benefits, exciting technology, the CSMs are really good!

      Cons

      Pay is looooooowwww and there is a lot of product knowledge to retain. AMs are NOT the main POC for client's which can make selling/hitting quota challenging as you don't have that trust built up. Product Pricing is inconsistent for clients.
