Pros
Leadership is very hands on both in coaching and getting deals over the finish line. I have learned so much working with Nate and Cole (Dave and Vandana might have helped a time or two too) I feel challenged every day and I love that almost as I love the money! I have never worked for a large company that has given sales so much support either. At past employers, the C-suite rarely cared to listen to what our Prospects are asking for. Here, it's heard! We launch so many new services/functionality that in my 4 years here; it still blows me away. Our G2, Capterra, etc. awards speak for themselves. Marketing creates collateral ALLLL the time and it's not uncommon for my Partners to say "I took your call because I love the content you guys drip me." Although we have over a thousand employees, and are global now; I still feel like I have an impact on the business. Our Onboarding team (I have been blessed to work closely with same original OB team my entire tenure here) are best-in-class and just a great group to work with. We really are a very collaborative company all around, I can't wait to see where we are a year from now! Things change so fast, there's never a dull moment here. Oh I almost forgot, I've had so many tools at my disposal to research and prospect. Birdeye invests in your success.
