Pros
I just started a couple of weeks ago so I am reviewing my interview process and first couple of weeks of onboarding BootCamp. Interview cycle pros: - Transparent and thorough interview conversations with leadership. - Loved that they required character references in lieu of a lengthy assignment already showing me that they prioritized character over task completion. Onboarding Pros: - Peers and cross-functional folks all welcoming and open/excited to meet so great first impression on culture. - Enablement Lessons are both thorough and engaging. Quizzes and recording submissions really help the info stick. - Enablement support has been amazing. The enablement team is super responsive and helpful.
Cons
The only con was that I didn't have a peer interview but I back-channeled for peer questions and felt really confident in my decision to join the team.
