Mindfulness is a buzzword used in many companies, but very few are genuinely committed. Birdeye genuinely ensures its employees have a good work-life balance and believes that this promotes productivity rather than hinders it. It's incredible to be part of something where I can grow that 1% daily and feel like a team where everyone is contributing to building something bigger and meaningful together, and not just that they're fighting to have an individual contribution recognized while keeping their head above water.
