Pros

The clients are amazing and the dogs are the best ever. Your co-workers quickly can become friends. There is a great sense of family.

Cons

The corporate team and CEO provide little support and truly have no idea what it is like to be in he front line dealing with clients and doing what has to get done.

Biscuits & Bath Response

I noticed you are using the title Location Manager. Some time may have passed when you last worked for the company. A lot has changed. Currently, the CEO has regular one-on-one meetings with the location leads and various members of the corporate team rotate through the locations on a weekly basis. This practice has been in place since I joined the company in July of 2013. Also, you may be forgetting how the company started. Both owners performed your role in the early years of the company.
