Pros
From my interview process, I knew I wanted to work for this company. They take their time to hire great people. It took me a month to get hired. I actually appreciate that. It makes me feel exceptional and special. It can be intimidating when stepping into a new role, however, B&B has endless resources and the best support system. Although I am quite new to the company, I will say that from day one, I was treated like part of a team! Working with dogs is not an easy job and having a strong team is key. I feel that B&B has made it clear that no matter what kind of mistakes happen, it can all be fixed somehow - There is always someone a phone call away - You are never alone! I am super thankful and honored to work for B&B! I hope to stay with the company for years to come.
Cons
I will say that I had a condensed training period and was thrown in. Definitely a "Sink or Swim" moment. However, the company does recognize that it takes a lot to run a business - It is not expected that you know everything. Everyday is a lesson. I am always learning - I guess that is more of a pro :)
