Pros
The only pro is the dogs. I can't think of anything else.
Cons
No communication and no training for new staff. When I applied in 2017 they didn't train me at all. The walkers left the dogs they took out in the little box area they didn't say anything oh "this dog is here let them in" or put them back. If the walker takes out the dog it's their responsibility to put them back in or say something. A lot of the front desk has really no experience working on the tracks they think owning a dog or 2 is enough. They let me go within a week. This was my last straw of applying to companies with multiple locations. I found a better place in 2018. Much more communication and they actually appreciate you and much more teamwork. Nobody thinks they're better than the other.
