Please provide the dog's name and the location where the incident occurred. If you were an employee, it was not clear from your review what steps you took regarding the situation - i.e. raising the issue to the manager of the location and/ or Human Resources. We have procedures in place and our associates are to escalate all issues with the dogs. The 2015 Dog Trainer review actually describes the dog handler hiring process. The hiring process for Dog Trainers is much different.
