Top heavy organization where talented middle management and underlings are overworked by top management who don't even know how to use a copier, and on top of that underpaid and "have" to leave to go on to better pastures or end up losing their minds. Horrible work life balance where no one will allow you to take a sick day and expect you to answer your phone appalled you didn't answer the first time because you were taking a nap and trying to rest so you can get yourself back to work fast. Heaven forbid you take an actual vacation! What does that word mean????
