Pros

Great truck to work on and all new state of the art equipment. Learn lots about recalls and electronics.

Cons

Shop management is so caught up in the their clique, if you are not part of the circle your out forever. Lots of employees are so scared of speaking they turn a blind eye to the managers mismanage. They don't stick up for their guys and enforce their rules through coming down harder on their supervisors who are stressed out. Constantly threatened people with SRT's and "new policies". If safety is so good how did a employee in the shop almost get crippled. Instead they say to enforce safety rules harder already in place. They think no place is better, and as steady. When you bring this up with anyone your either told to be quiet or HR will be concerned and nothing done. Calgary shop is only a place to get an apprenticeship and then move out. Pay is substantially lower than anywhere. No pay will be rewarded to you on your annual review. Most people threaten to quit and days before you leave they pull you in to "negotiate" p.s. Usually not what you ask for even if it is reasonable.

Pros

Great company who takes care of their drivers. Support is readily available, pay is competitive, and miles are there.

Cons

No cons, got exactly what was sold to me. The majority of people only take the time to review when they have something negative to say

Pros

Good opportunity to gain experience managing major customer accounts, handling high shipment volumes, and learning different areas of transportation and logistics. You get exposure to operations, customer service, carrier management, and problem-solving.

Cons

The workload can be heavy, especially when managing multiple high-volume accounts at the same time. Communication between departments can sometimes be inconsistent, and work-life balance may depend heavily on your team and assigned customers.
