Pros

Wage, online at home, nice coworkers.

Cons

To many tasks and not many training, they expect you to do everything in 2 months when people that have been there for years are even struggling with, you should be asking for help but not really because why??? There is no Life & Work as you don't even have time to take lunch. It's a revolving door, please don't even take the time to apply for the multiple interviews, The Manager, she is always gossiping about employees and that isn't good at all! The compensation is minimal compare to everything you have to do, as you are not just a CSR, but also a dispatcher too basically.

Pros

Great company who takes care of their drivers. Support is readily available, pay is competitive, and miles are there.

Cons

No cons, got exactly what was sold to me. The majority of people only take the time to review when they have something negative to say

Pros

Good opportunity to gain experience managing major customer accounts, handling high shipment volumes, and learning different areas of transportation and logistics. You get exposure to operations, customer service, carrier management, and problem-solving.

Cons

The workload can be heavy, especially when managing multiple high-volume accounts at the same time. Communication between departments can sometimes be inconsistent, and work-life balance may depend heavily on your team and assigned customers.
