Pros
You have a "job", I guess..
Cons
No set paydays for drivers. You get paid up to 2 days after you complete your "round trip", meaning after you come home, you could reset, be back out and finally get paid. Sucks if you got bills or business to handle while on home time. You have to do 2 "round trips" before you get your first paycheck. So in reality your putting 2 weeks "in the hold". Regardless to what they say, everything on their website, or what the recruiter mat tell you is a LIE! No rider policy, no medical, no vacation/pto, no 401K the crappiest trucks, the Arizona "terminal" has showers and restroom OUTSIDE! In "orientation" which is any but what you might expect, you'll sign about 20 pages full of all the ways they will deduct money from your check! So, if you start working there and decide it's not for you, you HAVE to stay 90 days or they deduct $300.00 for orientation pay, you're required to give a 2 weeks notice or that's ANOTHER deduction. And, they hold your last check for at least 30 but up to 45 days before they give it to you. They say in their ad, MUST BE ABLE TO DO 3 ROUND TRIPS EACH MONTH ! this is because driver turnover rate is so high, once a driver gets in and realizes what they have gotten into, they're gone. 'All trucks are equipped with an elite easy pass and pre pass for tolls and weigh stations" another lie from the ad, you'll go thru all weigh stations and have to avoid tolls... the easy/pre pass if you have it, won't work. I could go on and on about how I fell for they're trap, but I'll say this unless you're on your last leg... no other option... don't have any real financial responsibilities, then give 'em a try. I just wish someone had told me the truth before I got with them.
