Pros

Free food at times, gym onsite.

Cons

Micromanagement, ideas get shut down easily and those that seem good don't get implemented, they'll come up with a process for the sake of having a process and making your job harder while doing favours for drivers who know people in Safety, if you bring up an issue expect some DARVO tactics, the pay is terrible compared to other top transportation companies, huge pay secrecy, the amount you pay for benefits regardless of choice and what you actually get is a poor ROI, and the mentality in terms of management/seniority/ways of working is extremely old school.

Pros

Great company who takes care of their drivers. Support is readily available, pay is competitive, and miles are there.

Cons

No cons, got exactly what was sold to me. The majority of people only take the time to review when they have something negative to say

Pros

Good opportunity to gain experience managing major customer accounts, handling high shipment volumes, and learning different areas of transportation and logistics. You get exposure to operations, customer service, carrier management, and problem-solving.

Cons

The workload can be heavy, especially when managing multiple high-volume accounts at the same time. Communication between departments can sometimes be inconsistent, and work-life balance may depend heavily on your team and assigned customers.
