Pros

Amazing company culture and the collaboration across all teams is fantastic. The care shown to all staff and customers alike is more thoughtful than any I've encountered in the workplace. It's rare for a company to truly function in such a way. The work is incredibly meaningful, the product is superior, and the environment is the best! I love working for Bitfocus.

Fully remote environment, passionate staff, constant improvements to working environment (recent massive increase in PTO, implementation of bonuses, and solid feedback loops), good culture, company cares about staff well-being and engagement, overall while I think there are places Bitfocus can improve, they're working on a lot of it and I like working here more than I've liked most of my past jobs.

Cons

Poor raises, no clarity (lol) about salary pay ranges so promotion benefits are unclear, no professional development opportunities, some teams are not diverse at all, no internal DEI department
