Pros

Bitfocus continues to grow at a fast pace, which means there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. Great work/life balance and a culture that creates mentors and friends. True value-driven company.

Cons

With steady growth comes some growing pains and that tends to show up as process gaps. Luckily these are addressed and teams tend to pitch in for an overall group effort to make corrections.

Fully remote environment, passionate staff, constant improvements to working environment (recent massive increase in PTO, implementation of bonuses, and solid feedback loops), good culture, company cares about staff well-being and engagement, overall while I think there are places Bitfocus can improve, they're working on a lot of it and I like working here more than I've liked most of my past jobs.

Cons

Poor raises, no clarity (lol) about salary pay ranges so promotion benefits are unclear, no professional development opportunities, some teams are not diverse at all, no internal DEI department
