There was an acquisition which seemed to be very bad timing Language barrier with teams abroad unclear vision and directives the company has been affected by the ukraine war lost some major clients recently

Fully remote environment, passionate staff, constant improvements to working environment (recent massive increase in PTO, implementation of bonuses, and solid feedback loops), good culture, company cares about staff well-being and engagement, overall while I think there are places Bitfocus can improve, they're working on a lot of it and I like working here more than I've liked most of my past jobs.

Cons

Poor raises, no clarity (lol) about salary pay ranges so promotion benefits are unclear, no professional development opportunities, some teams are not diverse at all, no internal DEI department
