Pros
Kind, caring, and super sharp colleagues. I have literally never worked at a place where there is no one I dislike (there's always at least one person you dread to work with at a company, but I've been pleasantly surprised to not have found one yet!) There are bi-annual recharge weeks, in July and December, where the entire company logs off for a week, and unlimited PTO is respected on my team and indeed used/encouraged. I am genuinely so happy I joined Bitly a year ago. I honestly would stay for as long as they'll have me.
Cons
We run very lean, which often means a department or team of 1-3 people. Days are intense and there is always so much to do. Because Bitly is lean and teams are small, sometimes it's hard to see how you can advance in the company.
